Steve the Owner - My Sterling Jewelry shop is in India where I live & have my own workers so I can assure consistent superb quality for my clients. We have a mixed gender community shop . . . on many of the product videos you can hear the kids playing out the back. We offer health care, fair wages, a yearly bonus and a retirement payout.
